Class project in Public Light Art Installation. The location is set at the Bridgeport Marketplace in Valencia, California. It features a large pond, wooden bridges, and a current art installation of tall ship sails and sculptures of seagulls. However the area is dimmly lit with no focus on the art and it is difficult to separate the space from the surrounding parking lots and nearby stores. The intent with my design is to emphasize the art, define the space through use of color, and also install & light a water fountain.
